Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn care and maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, and blowing
- Build and maintain gardens, including trimming shrubs, weeding, and installing mulch
- Snow removal position available in winter
- Perform tree care duties, including trimming and pruning
- Operate and maintain power tools and equipment necessary for the job
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in lawn care and maintenance is preferred, but not required. We take the time to train our team members on our standard operating procedures, technique, and standards
- Knowledge of mechanical principles and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues is a plus
- Experience in tree care and trimming is a plus
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of garden and lawn care practices
- Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the job
